Mental Health Services are provided in Manchester by the Mental Health and Social Care Trust. The Trust brings together staff and resources from the City Council and Manchester NHS.
Community Support is there to provide advice and support to people living in the community who have mental health problems. The service is very much about enabling people to get things done, rather than doing things for them. It's about providing guidance and advice on a one-to-one basis, building people's confidence and supporting them where necessary.
