If you are proposing to sell goods from a stall or vehicle within the city of Manchester, you will need either a Consent or a Licence from the Council.

There are two types of permits issued by Manchester:

• Street trading licence - trade within the city centre
• Street trading consent - trade within Manchester but outside the city centre boundaries.
