Adapting homes for disabled or older people

When people have difficulty managing on their own, through age or disability, we can offer equipment to help you live independently.

If you need changes to your property to enable you to continue to live there, we can sometimes make adaptations to the property you live in.

If this isn't appropriate, we are able to offer alternative properties which have already been fully adapted, for you to move to.

An assessment will help us to determine, with you, which option is most appropriate.
