Service Outline

Manchester has many public toilets both in the City centre and outside.

To use the disabled persons public toilets you need to have a RADAR key to gain access. The keys are provided free of charge to Manchester residents who qualify.

To obtain a RADAR key you need to fill in a form and return it to us.
