Unitary Development Plan (UDP)
Service Outline
This statutory document sets out guidelines for all development in Manchester and is used as a framework from which to base decisions about planning applications.
The UDP was adopted by the Council on 21 July 1995.
The Manchester Plan UDP can be viewed online. A printed copy is also available to be viewed in Customer Service Centre at One First Street.
