Children's services

Service Outline

Children's Services is a single integrated department responsible for delivering services to children, young people and families in Manchester, including social care, youth, early years, sure start and education services.

We work closely with other agencies to protect children and young people and have a duty to take action where we feel a child or young person is at risk of harm or abuse.
