Service Outline
One of Manchester Community Strategy's aims for 2006 - 2015 is to have neighbourhoods of choice.
To help achieve that, one objective is to make Manchester the greenest city in Britain, based on the following themes:
- Energy use and CO2 emissions
- Air quality
- Waste reused, reclaimed and recycled
- Sustainable development
- Water quality
- Biodiversity
- Contaminated land
