Litter is a national plague, and in Manchester we're tackling this issue head on. Street Wardens adopt a fair and reasonable approach to inconsiderate persons who litter our streets by issuing a Fixed Penalty Notice. 

People who throw litter on the floor are creating an unsightly mess which is a cost to the community.
