Service Outline

Any complaints about licensed premises, such as noise nuisance, anti-social behaviour or crime and disorder should be reported to the Licensing Unit Premises Team.

Any premises, such as pubs or clubs, late night takeaways or off-licences, that you think are opening later than they should or are otherwise in breach of their licence should also be reported to the Licensing Unit Premises Team.

Please do not suffer in silence - report it.
