Insurance - tenants of non-profit landlords

Your landlord doesn't automatically insure you for damage to your belongings caused by things like theft, fire, vandalism or bursts. Either make your own arrangements, or use the City Council's contents insurance scheme. You can use this scheme if you are a Manchester council tenant, or a tenant of a not-for-profit Manchester landlord like Parkway Green, Southway Housing Trust, City South Manchester Housing Trust or a housing association.
