Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Inclusion Strategy
Service Outline
The SEN & Strategy Team work with and through other teams to deliver the Strategy.
The main principles of the Strategy are:
- Children with SEN attend their local mainstream school/early years setting.
- Where a child does not attend their local school/early years setting and attends, for example, a resourced mainstream school or special school, reasons are clearly understood and related to the child's needs.
