Rehousing Review List (RRL)

The Rehousing Review List (RRL) is a list of people who may not be allowed to get a council home because of something they have done. If you apply for a home, and your name is on the RRL, we may not offer you a home until you have put things right - or until we're satisfied that your behaviour has changed. You may also be barred from getting a home with other not-for-profit Manchester landlords.
