Food hygiene rating scheme
Service Outline
The National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is a joint Food Standards Agency and Local Authority initiative which provides you with information about standards of food hygiene in catering premises such as restaurants, shops, bars, cafés, schools, hospitals and shops.
There are over 4000 premises eligible for the scheme within Manchester and all premises inspected from April 2010 will be included and have their rating published.
The ratings of these inspections are available to view at the Foods Standards Agency.
Please note: premises are not rated against the quality of the food they produce.
