Service Outline

Information on current and past planning applications received in the City of Manchester can be viewed online using our Public Access system.

Public Access is an online service that allows you to view details of planning applications being considered by the City Council, including the ability to monitor the progress of an application, view documents relating to planning applications and submit comments on application to us. Public Access also allows you to search for planning appeals and for enforcement action that Planning has taken within Manchester.

 The Local Development Framework (LDF) provides details of planning policies and strategy affecting development across Manchester.
