To find out what activities are taking place in your area, simply put your postcode into the search facility. This will show you the activities available within a two-mile radius of your home.

If you see something you'd like to try, just pop along to the session. If you like it and would like to go again, you'll need to register. You can do this at the centre or by filling in the Active Lifestyles Registration form.
