All parents and carers who live or work in Manchester, with a child or children aged 0-14, or 0-18 with a disability.
Why complete the survey?
Manchester City Council has a duty to ensure that all parents who live or work in Manchester have access to affordable, accessible and good-quality childcare. Completing this survey will help the Council to support childcare providers to supply the childcare you need in the place most suitable for you.
By completing this survey you can have one of 20 chances of winning £50 in supermarket vouchers of your choice.*
