Central Library's Archive Service (Manchester Archives) has reopened in its new temporary home at the Greater Manchester County Record Office, with its collections joining those of the County Record Office. It is essential to book a place in advance. For collections stored on-site, all requests must be received by 12 noon on the working day prior to your visit. Please note some collections are kept off site and we require 2 weeks notice in order to retrieve them. -
