  4. The difference in a Community Library

    Community Libraries offer adult and children's books, spoken word, computers with internet access, printing & scanning facilities and a self service machine.

    They are linked to the Manchester Library & Information Service and customers can use continue to use their Manchester Library membership card and all stock can be returned to any Manchester Library.

    Our Community Libraries are cashless therefore we offer a service to pay fines/charges over the phone by debit/credit card number 219 2393.

    Volunteer groups have established themselves in each of the Community Libraries and are keen to recruit more people, if you are interested in volunteering please visit these pages.

  5. Opening Times for Library

    Computer access within the library will shut down 15 minutes before the library closes.

    • Monday: closed
    • Tuesday: 10am-1pm, 2-5pm
    • Wednesday: 10am-1pm, 2-5pm
    • Thursday: 10am-1pm
    • Friday: 2-5pm
    • Saturday: 2-5pm

    Bank holidays we are closed.
