Fletcher Moss community gardens

  1. What the project will do

This project is to restore Fletcher Moss Botanical garden to bring in more visitors and re-establish the unique aspects of the Park.

New planting schemes have been designed with the Friends of Fletcher Moss group. The new plants will make the gardens easier to look after especially in the Alpine Garden and the Rockery.

The project will cut back overgrown plants, put in things to prevent weeds and plant new flowers and shrubs.

More volunteers are being trained up to help tend to the plants in the future.
