High Hedges - Appeal against the Council's decision
If you disagree with your local Council’s decision on a complaint about a high hedge, or in connection with any remedial notice they have issued, you may be able to appeal. This leaflet explains when you can appeal and how the Planning Inspectorate will deal with your case.
