Great Jackson Street Draft Development Framework

Ian Simpson Architects and Arup are appointed by Manchester City Council (MCC) to produce a strategic development framework for the Great Jackson Street area. It is intended that the framework will become a material consideration for Manchester City Council when determining planning applications and other matters related to the area.

It is understood that outline or full planning applications may be submitted by the core landowners across their respective land holdings and that these will be considered in the context of the agreed development framework and other relevant planning policy guidance.
