Form for a pre-tenancy determination
This form is to ask for a valuation by the Rent Service of a property that you are thinking of renting which is owned by a private landlord. The valuation gives you the rent figure which the Revenues & Benefits Unit will use to work out Housing Benefit. It doesn't tell you how much Housing Benefit you might get - just the amount that counts for benefit. Print it off, fill it in and send it to us.
