Half an hour's walking per day cuts the risk of heart disease by up to half, as well as reducing risk of some cancers, diabetes, obesity and helps improve mental health.

The walks are led by experienced Park Wardens and have been developed with the Health Promotion Group. To join, just turn up at the meeting points listed.

To be safe, call beforehand to check the walk is on.
