Big Screen: Peregrine Falcons Are Back
Date: 28th Apr 09 - 4th Jul 09
Location: Big Screen, Exchange Square
Cost: Free.
This summer you can get up close and personal to Manchester's famous city peregrine falcons and follow the young chicks from hatching to fledging!
A new over-the-nest camera will relay all the action from their secret city centre nest onto the Big Screen and the RSPB team in the square will be on hand with binoculars and telescopes to help you see the peregrines as they fly around the city.
The Big Screen birdcam is a joint project between the BBC, RSPB and Manchester City Council.

Manchester International Festival Pavilion

The festival pavilion is the perfect place to eat, drink and relax during the day and night.

It's the perfect place to soak up the festival atmosphere, either in our large outdoor seating area or within the stunning Festival Pavilion (designed by award-winning architects Stephenson Bell). And, best of all, admission to the site is free.
The Festival Pavilion is open from 11am 'til late, every day.
