Can an item be returned to any library branch, regardless of where it was borrowed from?

Library items can be returned to any Manchester Libraries branch with the following exceptions:

• books with the MANCAT sticker from East City Library and North City Library must be returned to the library they were issued from
• DVDs that are issued for 2 days must be returned to the library they were issued from
