What if I have written to you about my summons and have not had a reply by the hearing date?

Every effort is made to answer correspondence before the hearing date, but this is not always possible.

The Council will ask the Court to grant a Liability Order in respect of any amounts its records show to be outstanding, on the date of the hearing.
