What time does the Pay & Display system for on-street Parking function?

Remember that most on-street restrictions in the centre of Manchester apply from 8am until 8pm Monday to Sunday, these restricted times apply to single yellow lines and on-street parking bays.  Operating times outside the city centre vary. Always check on-street parking signs for the precise hours of operation.
