What are suspensions and dispensations?

A suspension prevents any vehicles from parking or allows specified vehicles to park for a pre-determined period within designated Pay and Display.

A dispensation allows specified vehicles to park in a particular location on yellow lines during restricted hours for a pre-determined period.
