How can I get an accomodation certificate to use for visa application for the home office?

An accommodation certificate can be supplied by your landlord - it's usually needed if you're sponsoring someone (a wife/husband for example) to join you in the UK to prove that you can accommodate them adequately.

However, if your Landlord cannot/will not supply such a certificate then we know many poeple have used their tenancy agreement as proof of accommodation, so this should be sufficient for home office purposes.
