Who is involved in the redesign?

Ryder Architecture has been commissioned to work on Central Library, along with teams of specialist conservation consultants and senior City Council project managers. Ryder recently completed a £24m flagship library for Newcastle. Ian Simpson Architects will work on the wider Town Hall Extension transformation project.
