I don’t think my score is accurate or fair, what can I do?

The owner or manager of the business should talk to the officer in the first instance to explain the reason for the score. 

If you still think that your score is unfair or inaccurate then you can appeal in writing.

To appeal, you must complete the appeal form and send it to us within 14 days (this includes weekends and public holidays) of being told what your rating is.
