What can I do if my property has not yet been put into a Council Tax band?

We are waiting for the Valuation Office Agency to place your property in a valuation band. Contact us so that we can set up an account reference for you and you can start making payments to stop your arrears building up. The Council Tax bands showing current annual and monthly charges are displayed on our web pages so that you can work out roughly what to pay. Any payments you make will be shown on your bill and we will refund any amount that you overpay.
