Dog fouling – how do I report a problem of dog fouling, or a person who has failed to clear up after their dog?

Report anyone you see who doesn't clean up after their dog, or who lets their dog out unsupervised and doesn't clean up: use the dog fouling problem form, we will need to know:

• where the mess is;
• the date and time the fouling occurred (if known);
• plus one of the following:
• the name and address of the person in charge of the dog (if known);
• the name and address of any dog owners you've seen allowing their dog to foul but not cleaning it up (if known); and 
• a brief description of the dog or dogs you've seen fouling (if known).

If there's a problem with dog fouling in your area but you have no idea who the owner of the dog is, you can ask for the mess to be cleaned using the Request a street, road, pavement or park to be cleaned form; we will need to know:

• where the mess is;
• your name and address and contact details.
