Report a faulty street light or bollard

To report a problem relating to a faulty street light, illuminated sign or bollard you will need to provide the location, the problem and the reference number:

• On a street light the number is black on a yellow background about 2m high on the lamp post.
• On an illuminated bollard it's black and starts with "B" on the side of the bollard.
• On an illuminated sign the number is black on a yellow background about 2m high on the post.

If you can't see the number, please give the address of the nearest house.
