Use this form if you have a complaint about Children's Services. Our work includes social care for children and young people, Sure Start and education-related issues.

However, you need to be clear on whether your complaint is about Children's Services (the Council/local authority) or about a school. If it is a school complaint, please address it to the school directly, as they have an independent complaints procedure.
