Spotted a smoky vehicle?
We will pass the information on to the relevant authority, for example our own Licensing unit for taxis and private hire vehicles, or the government's Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) for commercial vehicles such as buses, vans and heavy goods vehicles. We will also accept reports of smoky cars and contact the owner informally.
