Problem with your bin collection

Use this form to report any problems with your bin collection, such as a your bin hasn't been emptied, your bin has not been returned, your bin has been damaged, the crew has spilt rubbish all over the floor, the crew's behaviour or attitude, or the black bin bags you left out haven't been taken.
