Lord Mayor visits Wythenshawe Park

The Lord Mayor of Manchester, Councillor Mark Hackett, was joined by Councillor Mike Amesbury as he visited Wythenshawe Park to see the improvements that have been made in the walled garden. The day ended on a sweet note as he had a go at bee-keeping, under the watchful eye of the Bee Club secretary, Nigel Palmer, and tried the first batch of honey from the park's bees.
