Manchester City Council is committed to putting you the customer at the heart of all we do. The creation of the Customer Service Centre at Number One First Street is the first phase in improving your customer experience.
Over the next few years, the transformation of the Town Hall Extension, Central Library, Library Walk and St Peter's Square will preserve this important historic complex for future generations, while modernising the interior to enable the delivery of state-of-the-art Council services to Manchester residents.
The Council's vision is to enable customers over time to receive high quality services in one contact; one visit, one click, one call. We're also improving the way we log your details and queries, so that when you contact the Council, Customer Service Advisors will be able to access your customer history in one go, which will help us to help you.
