Getting to Manchester Town Hall
How to get to the Town Hall
Manchester Town Hall complex is comprised of two buildings - the original Town Hall building (sometimes called the old Town Hall) and the Town Hall extension. The Town Hall Extension is currently under refurbishment and you can access most of your council services at our new Customer Service Centre at One First Street.
How to get here
There are a number of ways of getting to the Town Hall. As parking is limited in the town hall area we would strongly recommend the use of public transport.
You can view a map of the city centre to help you find your way to the Town Hall.
Visitors to the Town Hall
All visitors to the Town Hall have to report to one of the reception points where you will be asked to provide details of the person you are visiting, or the meeting you are attending. If you have received a letter from us inviting you to an interview or meeting, it is important that you bring it with you.
