How do I pay my FPN

You can pay a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) in a number of ways depending on who it was issued by.

Manchester City Council

If your FPN was issued by Manchester City Council you can pay online or by the telephone. A Manchester City Council issued FPN will have a reference number starting with LN and will be ten digits long.

Online

Pay your FPN online, you will need to have your credit or debit card and your FPN reference number to hand.

Telephone

You can pay your FPN using our automated service 0161 954 9010 lines open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will need to have your credit or debit card and your FPN reference number to hand.

Service provider

Waste Investigations Support and Enforcement Services Ltd (WISE) Enforcement Officers are authorised to issue FPNs for environmental offences on behalf of the Council. If your FPN was issued by WISE, details of how to pay are below.

By telephone on 0330-333-4382

Cash option – at any Post Office of Payzone outlet. You will need to present the FPN containing the unique barcode.  

Instructions on how to pay or enquire about the FPN are also printed on the notice.
