A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction by a member of the public about the council's action or lack of action or about the standard of a service.

We take service improvement seriously and welcome complaints, praise and feedback. We analyse all the information we get from complaints and praise forms, letters and emails, satisfaction forms and customer surveys. We use this feedback to help us improve our services . . .
