For this type of role we are looking for:
- Recent audio typing experience
- Electronic Filing
- Occasionally take minutes at meetings - minute taking experience advantageous but not essential
- Minimum copy typing speed of 40wpm
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word
- Must have previous audio typing skills
Finance Assistants

Rate to £9.31 per hour
For this type of role we are looking for:
- Budget monitoring and finance ledger experience
- Invoicing and procurement experience
- SAP experience highly desirable
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Advanced IT skills in the use of databases and spreadsheets
Minute Takers

Rate to £9.31 per hour
For this type of role we are looking for:
- Experience of high level minute taking
- Shorthand experience advantageous but not essential
- Fast typing speed
- Ability to turn around typed up minutes quickly.
PA / Secretaries

For this type of role we are looking for:
- Ability to work within a busy office and meet deadlines
- Experience of providing full support to management and senior level officers
- Excellent organisational skills for diary management, organising events and arranging meetings
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Copy typing speed of at least 50wpm
Admin Assistants

- Must have a previous background in administrative and clerical work

For this type of role we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of answering a busy switchboard
- Ability to meet and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Must be smart and well presented
- Willingness to assist with other ad hoc duties such as typing, filing and data entry
Data Entry Clerks

For this type of role we are looking for:
- Fast & accurate keyboard skills
- Experience of inputting high volumes of data
- Flexibility to work in various locations across the city

Accounts Clerks

For this type of role we are looking for:
- Provision of accounts and finance support
- Experience of inputting financial data into spreadsheets
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience of SAP financial system would be beneficial
- High level of numeracy is essential
- Willingness to assist with other ad hoc duties such as typing, filing and data entry
Qualified Childcare Workers
Rates between £7.76 - £8.46 per hour
