Your opinions about the care and support services you receive
We asked Manchester residents who receive care or services provided by or paid for at least in part by Manchester City Council to complete a very important survey. The survey is used to help us get a better picture of how these services affect your everyday life. We hope that this information will help us to make improvements.
Not everybody who gets support from the Directorate for Adults, Health and Wellbeing is selected to take part in this survey. However, we always welcome feedback and comments on our services.
