Gorgeous, gay and vegan, makes a welcome return visit to Manchester Libraries to launch his eagerly awaited new collection Wizard (Flapjack Press, 2011). Since we last saw him, he has - Won New York's famous Nuyorican Cafe Poetry Slam. Obtained Arts Council funding to stage Wizard at the Contact Theatre. Arranged a forthcoming tour of Wizard across the UK throughout 2012.

Char March & Gaia Holmes

Char March is a multi-award winning poet, playwright and writer of short fiction. She lectures in Creative Writing at Leeds College of Art and Design, and is Writer-in-Residence at the Watershed Landscape Project and Hull University Business School. Her latest collection is The Thousand Natural Shocks (Indigo Dreams).
Gaia Holmes' first poetry collection, Dr James Graham's Celestial Bed, was published by Comma in 2006 and some of her individual poems have been adapted to film. Her poem Claustrophobia was highly commended in the Best Individual Poem category of the 2007 Forward Prize. Gaia's new collection is Occasional China (Comma).
