ROCK CLIMBING & HILLWALKING - 2010

ROCK CLIMBING & HILLWALKING 
START CLIMBING          Course Fee £110

A progressive course to introduce those new to climbing, or with a little experience, to both indoor and outdoor climbing and to start you on the way to becoming self contained climbers. We will cover basic rope work, equipment, bouldering, belaying, use of guidebooks, route selection and the crag environment.

This weekend is designed to meet the needs of families who wish to try this exciting sport as a group. Have your children tried climbing and would you like to try climbing too?

HILLWALKING & WILD COUNTRY NAVIGATION             NNAS Logo

The NATIONAL NAVIGATION AWARD SCHEME is aimed at the walker intending to explore the countryside and those planning more adventurous expeditions into wild country on foot. Topics include navigation by linear features, map & compass techniques, contour interpretation and distance judgement.

GROUP CLIMBING & ABSEILING DAYS

We can offer a days rock climbing and/or abseiling for a group of up to 10 persons with dates & venues to suit your requirements, for £249.
