Standards and performance agreed with tenants
Welcome to a different kind of annual report for council tenants. It sets out our service standards and tells you how we performed between April 2009 and March 2010.
The report not only lists the national standards for your housing service, but also describes local tenants' own priorities for improvement in Manchester. It explains how we're going to meet standards and how we will measure and improve our service to match your priorities.
More power
Tenants themselves helped us agree these standards, and have now got more power to examine our performance. With us they'll measure how well we're doing and, if that's not good enough, agree how to put things right.
