Before you use this service . . .
Is your home managed by Northwards Housing? If so, please order your repair on the Northwards Housing website.
But if your home is managed by Manchester City Council, order your repair and book an appointment here. Don't forget to check the worker's identity card when they come.
If you don't need a repair at the moment but you want to see how the system works, try it out first.
Can't see your repair?
You can order almost every repair and book an appointment online. But if you can't see the repair you need, or you have any other problem, phone 03000 112211, Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
