Heads Up and Wellbeing

Feeling low, stressed, anxious or worried?

Try a free short course to learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

Heads Up Wellbeing introduces a wide range of activities to promote wellbeing and a positive lifestyle.  It helps to address common problems with low mood, stress and anxiety.  Activities include photography, easy exercise, crafts, connecting with others, healthy eating and discussion.

Courses are delivered in our main centres as well as community venues and aim to encourage learning to help with mild to moderate mental health symptoms.

Next course - The next course is being held at Barlow Moor Community Association, 23 Merseybank Avenue, Chorlton.  M21 7NT
