- If you are a full-time student or want to claim Second Adult Rebate only, you need to fill in and return a copy of the downloadable benefits claim form or pick up a claim form to fill in from our Customer Service Centre or one of our reception points. How to get a claim form. The application is quite detailed, and it's important that you fill it in completely and accurately - if you get things wrong it will take longer to sort out your claim.
- If you want to claim education benefits only (free school meals and secondary-school clothing grants) you need to fill in and return a copy of the downloadable education benefits claim form. If you prefer, you can phone us to ask us to send you one (0161 234 5003) or pick one up from our Customer Service Centre at Number One First Street, or from your child's school.
